I bought a seat Leon, went to see it and loved it straight away, I was dealing with Martin, he gave me the keys and I had a look around it was pretty much perfect, we sat down and spoke about the car he showed me the vehicle check and video they do of the car and it was spot on, him and the receptionist was very kind and helpful with whatever I needed to ask, Martin helped me swaping over my plates and everything and I've picked up the car now and love it, I 100% recommend the dealership to anyone, got some really nice cars out there, definitely recommend

I am a real test for Kevin because I am in the process of buying unseen. Everything has been negotiated and agreed online. Including px price and payment arrangements. I take delivery in a couple of months.. So far Kevin has been fantastic in preparing the car to my specifications. We have never done business before and trust is vital. I will post again when I have my car with an update. Five stars on the way I hope.

Had an appointment to see and Potentially test drive a Seat Leon (however when asked if a test drive was a available prior to arranging appointment was given no response). Arrived on site, saw car and was covered in scratches and bumps. Not worth the asking price at all. Entered into the main reception with no one there, until a man came out (did not give name). Told him we had an appointment for 3, and at first seemed to not know what I was talking about. Gave us the keys and said he had to do something else and would join us in 10 minutes. Entered the car, lovely interior, but when revving the engine, white smoke started to exit the exhaust. Waited 20 mins but he never came out to join us. Gave back the keys and said we were not interested, and he asked why. Listed the problems and explain it was a 7 year old car, as if it was an excuse for the poor condition. Had no idea about the smoke issue. Overall, seemed to not care about making a sale or giving us any customer service. We promptly left, would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

A few weeks ago I was interested in a Nissan Qashqai from this dealer, I had emailed a sales adviser called Martin, I sent a email on the Sunday evening to say I could come on Monday 12.30 to view the car he said this was fine. I work nights and got up early to travel to country cars, on my arrival, a man was outside I asked if he was Martin, he was, I said I have come for the 12.30 appointment to view the Nissan. He said it was sold 1st thing that morning. I asked why he didn't contact me to save me traveling. He said I hadn't made an appointment., but I had by email. He then said sorry a couple of times in a very sarcastic manner before walking away quickly. I didn't expect him to save the car for me but I did expect him to have the decency to phone me to cancel our appointment I contacted County Cars, they said forward all emails to them, I did that but they never got back to me. I never got to purchase a car from this dealer but having dealt with them briefly and after reading some of the reviews I am glad I didn't.
